*A prescription visit is a type of remote visit during which the doctor, without the presence of the patient, analyzes his medical records to see if he can prescribe the medicine he requested. A prescription visit may, but does not have to, end with writing a prescription to the patient if the doctor decides, after analyzing the patient’s medical records, that it is not advisable. The fee for a prescription visit is a payment for the examination of medical records by a doctor, and not for writing a prescription. For a prescription visit, the fee is charged in advance (transfer or BLIK), just like for other online visits. We arrange a prescription visit only via e-mail (recepty@fertimedica.pl) by sending a specific doctor all the necessary information, which, together with the analysis of the patient’s medical documentation available at Fertimedica, will allow the doctor to make a final decision. It is in the patient’s interest to describe his request and any information regarding his health condition/complaint as clearly as possible.
